Orono Baseball Association

Welcome to the largest youth sports program in Orono!  With over 500 kids participating, we are proud to be part of helping build your child's love for baseball.  The "R100+" Coaching Philosophy builds directly from the "Character Counts" development program in our schools.  We judge our success in three ways:

• Did we teach "R100+"?  (Respect, 100% Effort, Positive Attitude)
• Did we help every player build their baseball skills?
• Has every player increased their love of baseball?

We will ask you how we did at the end of the season.  So please take time to let us know how we're doing.
