To help build coaching capabilities and player skills, three local baseball Pro's will take over some early season practices to focus on the fundamentals of fielding, hitting, and pitching. 

Players will receive 1:1 evalutations and feedback on areas to focus and coaches will be guided on key player mechanics and practice drills to build on during the season.  This approach is being tested this year at the kid pitch levels and above.
