Some practical help to start the season...
 

• Email families to introduce yourself as soon as you get the list and direct them to the website for schedules
• Promote Opening Day and remind families that it is also Picture Day
• Contact Assistant Coaches to build First Practice Plan
• Set time for Parent Meeting (15 minutes before/after first practice) to discuss season expectations
• Recruit a Team Web Administrator and start your homepage
• Review Key Development Skills for the Season
• Use the "One Page Fundamentals" all season long
